Error 42-2

This error occurs when no flow rate is detected during a sparkling water beverage.

Troubleshooting Steps

Pumps Test

Open the "Tests" section and test Pump #1.

-> If the flavor is dispensed, proceed to the next step.

-> If the flavor is not dispensed, it is a software issue.

Valves Test (sparkling water)

Open the "Tests" section and perform a 17oz / 500ml sparkling water test.

-> If the water does not flow, proceed to the next step.

-> If the water flows, the issue is with the outlet water meter.

1. Ensure the cable is properly connected to the board.

2. Replace the faulty water meter.

Valve

1. Verify the cable is properly connected to the board.

2. Replace the faulty valve.
